      Hi loic,

      Did you search the elements for “carousel?” – sometimes it can be easily missed. Also, what version of X and Cornerstone are you using?

      1. hi
        i am using x version 4.3.0
        cornerstone 1.0.11

        searching for carousel gave nothing despite the plugin is well installed. i tried deactivate, deleting it and reinstalling the plugin ==> same thing

          I’ve been able to confirm that the new theme update 4.3.0 breaks this element. I’m working on a fix. I apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll let you know as soon as an update is made!

          Hi Loic,

          Just wanted to let you know that this element has been updated and should work with the latest version of Theme X and Cornerstone.

  2. Tip: if you’re having issues with portions of slider items not showing, you can monkey with some custom CSS to alleviate that problem:

    .owl-carousel .owl-wrapper-outer {
    padding-top: 6%;
    padding-bottom: 3%;
    }

    Adjust to your application.

      Hi Karen,

      Currently you can turn on the Prev/Next buttons which show up below the carousel items, however to get the arrows, you will need to manually add some custom CSS to change those to arrows and move them to the sides. This is a good suggestion, and I’ll add a feature request on the GitHub page.

  3. Hi William,
    Thanks for this carousel slider plugin, it is just what I was looking for. One question though: the “loop” option in Cornerstone doesn’t seem to have any effect. I’ve got 6 logos, showing 4 at a time. With autoplay on, they slide from RTL and then jump back over to the beginning to restart. With loop on, they behave the same way. I was hoping they would truly loop in a carousel, one-direction-only fashion (in a “circle”), rather than quickly sliding LTR to restart after reaching the 6th logo. Is this a bug or how ‘loop’ was designed?
    I’m running WP 4.5.2, X Theme 4.4.2 and Cornerstone 1.2.4 and I downloaded your element today.
    Thx!

  4. I have smooth scrolling working.
    I added to cornerstone-carousel.php to the owlCarousel object definition.

    slideTransition: ‘linear’,
    autoplayTimeout: 0,
    autoplaySpeed: 5000

    I then replaced the script in csl_carousel_scripts function

    wp_enqueue_script( ‘owlcarousel-js’, CSL_CAROUSEL_URL . ‘AMENDMENTS/owl.carousel.custom.min.js’, array(‘jquery’), null, true );

    which was downloaded from here

    https://github.com/OwlCarousel2/OwlCarousel2/issues/296

    And hey presto !!! it works like a dream.

      I am unable to do that!

      Technically each element does product a shortcode for displaying the element. Just curious – why do you ask – do you want to display the element outside of cornerstone?

      Hi Peter,

      I’m just now seeing your post here. Somehow it was lost among spam comments. Issues with responsiveness should be updated now. Please re-download the plugin and try again.

      Also, we’ve created a new plugin called the “PowerPack” which contains all the elements in just one plugin, AND it will update via the WordPress updater so future releases won’t have to be re-downloaded. More info here: https://youtu.be/EU63r3oNlKw and download it here: http://d3fy.xyz/Z8qB

  5. With the latest CS update we are seeing fatal errors:

    [Tue Apr 11 10:29:18.313077 2017] [:error] [pid 1034] [client 85.159.171.88:28102] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function csl18n() inz /nas/content/staging/xxx/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone-library-carousel-1/includes/csl-carousel/controls.php on line 14, referer: http://xxx.staging.wpengine.com/wp-admin/

  6. Unfortunately, the new version of the X theme has broken the Carousel:

    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function csl18n() in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone-library-carousel/includes/csl-carousel/controls.php on line 14”

    Do you have an idea of when this might be fixed?

  7. Hey,

    Thanks for great element but can you check this with latest Cornerstone version 2.0.2, actually it’s breaking site completely and I get this Fatal error Call to undefined function csl18n() in csl-carousel/controls.php on line 14.
    This error breaks down the complete site.
